I draw mandalas. I use a compass to draw a circle, protractor to find equally spaced points around the circle, then join them up, see what shapes appear, and colour.

Hello World

A friend (Hello Chris Crew) suggested that I start a blog so I can share my stories with the world, so I have, and here it is. I'll try to post regularly, but I might forget once in a while. My stories are about vampires, and definitely not inspired or based on twilight. Some of them are fan fiction of Blood Ties, others are my own sub-species. My vampires are more human than some, and more variable than most, as you'll see if you read my stories. Please don't think that my stories are real, because they are definitely NOT REAL. Some people do actually think that twilight is real. I think that's about it for an introduction. I hope you like reading my stories as much as I liked writing them.

Cloudy walls in resin boxes

Sometimes I want to make a box with different colours on the walls and the base. So far I've made a few and I have two options. I can pour the walls in one colour (usually clear) on one day, then wait for it to set, and mix another batch for the base. Or I can pour the walls, then add more ink, and pour it at the same time. Pouring both at the same time means they will mix as it flows around the mould. Sometimes one kind of ink is heavier than others, so it mixes more. This one was done on different days so that there was a definite line because I wanted it to look like water. (I'll write about making this one some other time) This one was done at the same time so that it would mix and make blue clouds with stars in. This one was also done at the same time so that it would mix, but the purple ink is denser so it sinks further and doesn't spread out as much.

Glade Part 26 - Psycho

Rachel stays with Glade for a couple of days because they seem to need each other. She needs to feel safe with someone strong, and he needs someone there for him to care for. It's also nice to have life in the house after two or three decades of him or other's like him. He likes hearing her moving around before she goes to work and she likes knowing that when she goes back there's going to be someone there. After those few days Glade starts to worry that Rachel is too scared to go home. He needs time to think, somewhere quiet where he won't be disturbed. It's dark by the time she gets home so he goes out to hunt before she returns. When Rachel does get home, and finds him gone, she tries to call him, but he's turned his phone off. "What did I do wrong?" He'd been so caring before this night, he'd always been there for her when she got home and asked how her day was. Maybe he just wanted to go out early.
